ENGAGE Learning has a Successful Year
The first year of the Engage Learning project has been a successful one. With over 7,500 people visiting the site and close to 1 million hits, the portal has grown into a valuable resource for many users.
The Facebook fan page has topped 200 members and the Linkedin group is well on it’s way to 100.
The Engage consortium held successful presentations and workshops at the 2009 European GBL conference, the FH-JOANNEUM didactic day for practitioners, and at Online-Educa in Berlin in early December.
Year two starts with workshops across Europe specifically for teachers (click here for more information or to enroll) and continues with summer school for young game designers and online courses. The 2010 year will culminate back in Berlin with further dissemination of this great EC funded project on Game Based Learning.
