Workshops and Seminars

A structured set of valorisation activities is based on targeted international workshops and a series of national seminars and follow up activities to promote GBL and the quality of learning games.

Valorisation seminars for uptake of GBL and quality of learning games (12 seminars in 12 different EC countries – winter 2009 and spring 2010).

Valorisation workshops will be carried out in 12 EC countries (Spain, Italy, Austria, Turkey, Ireland, Belgium – 1st round of the valorisation workshops; 2nd round – workshops in neighboring countries e.g. Portugal, Cyprus, France, Slovenia, UK, Finland ). International workshop for practitioners and promoters

Two International Workshops for Teachers, Promoters will be organised adjunct with Online Educa, Berlin, GE in 2009, and Open Classroom Conference in 2010. This International Workshop for Teachers and Promoters will present ENGAGE products and tools, thus give them knowledge on how to step by step introduce topic of game-based learning and teach them how to select, modify, design and adopt games for their own classes, regarding their local and cultural agendas.
